I have the Mitsubishi mini split, and the whole process from conception to installation was phenomenal. I saw their booth at a home show and scheduled an estimate. They told me exactly where it would be installed and the pros and cons and helped me make an informed decision. The installation and workmanship was impeccable. I called Absolute Comfort after a negative experience with my previous HVAC company. Everyone I spoke to was professional and had the proper level of urgency for a furnace failure in below zero temperature. Chris was very professional and courteous. After speaking with him, I can tell he really understands geo thermal units. It has been difficult to find a reputable company with knowledgeable technicians. He was pleasant and explained the failure with detail and patience. I look forward to working with him again in the future.
