AFTER HOURS HVAC SERVICE
Joe was suppose to send a serviceman out the next day to put in a AprilAire 13 Filter because he was out of that size. I haven’t heard a word. Plus I was to receive my paid invoice of $630 some dollars. I have not received that. Would like a list of all the service that was performed on December 26. Joe was a very nice guy and I do appreciate him for responding as quick as he did. I think there must be a lack of communication in the office!
