Chris and Absolute Comfort were a God send to us after the storms. The storm damaged our electrical box/pole to the house that caused a power surge that damaged our A/C unit. Chris came out diagnosed the problem and had us up in running after another electrical expert thought our whole HVAC system was out. We have a home generator and after that was up and running Chris came out and about an hour and a half later we had a/c just in time for the heat wave!! This company and the company that referred them are my new best friends. Thank you!

We recently replaced our geothermal unit. From initial quote through project completion the team was easy to work with and communicated exactly what to expect. They were on time and stayed until the project was complete. Our tech, Jeremy, was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. I would have no problem recommending them to a friend.

Jeremy and their support team were great for our HVAC replacement. They took care to remove existing equipment without causing damage. The new equipment was installed neatly and clean up after their project made the area look better than before. I appreciated their attention to detail making sure any piping or wiring was tucked out of the way for long-term use. When complete they took time to explain to us how the new system functioned and how as homeowners we should be caring for the system. Finally they walked us through our new thermostat and it features.

I have been truly impressed with Absolute Comfort from the beginning. The representative at the Flower and Patio show was polite, informative, and professional. I felt no high pressure sales presentation and found that what he told me would happen, did as the installation process took place. Jeremy and Arron (sp?) quietly did their work, answered all of my questions, and completed the installation neatly while leaving the work uncluttered. Great job!

Josh and his co-worker Aaron installed a new state-of-the-art cold temp heat pump at my house in March 2024. He did a wonderful job, a real professional. I have some HVAC experience of my own and I can spot a well-trained technician, which Josh is. He has a complete grasp of HVAC skills and what it takes to install and troubleshoot heat pumps. Josh was professional at every step of the service call. He called ahead when I requested, he was on time, he was respectful and helpful explaining steps.

We have been dealing with Absolute Comfort for the past eight years. Joe has been the lead technician that we deal with. He is always on time, very informative and does a great job. We always feel comfortable with the work that Joe has done for us.
