Jeremy did an awesome job. He was here on time explained everything he was going to do was quite efficient getting the job done then went through the operation of my new HVAC system.. He was very creative routing the exhaust to make it easy for me to change the filter, which was a problem on my other system.

Josh has been my service technician twice within the last week’s time. First to do a yearly AC tune up and then to fix a problem he diagnosed. He’s been respectful and informative both times. He made me aware of an issue, provided a solution and then did the actual work to fix the issue. Very pleased with his attitude and work ethic.

Called Absolute Comfort to remove a toy that was flushed down the toilet. He was in and out in under an hour. Josh was professional and experienced in trying the auger first before deciding the toy was not being pulled out of the toilet the same way it went it. Very happy with the outcome of this situation.
